Products
All our products are handcrafted in small batches using 100% organic cotton and plant-based natural dyes. Wooden buttons are featured on selected styles. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in colour, shade, and texture between the product and its photograph are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), processed securely through Cashfree.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Orders
Order confirmation is sent to your registered email after successful payment. Placing an order does not guarantee availability. In rare cases where a product is out of stock after order placement, we will notify you and offer a full refund or store credit.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website including product photographs, descriptions, logos, and branding is the exclusive property of Adhik by Radhika. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Adhik by Radhika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
