Return & Exchange Policy

At Adhik by Radhika, every piece is handcrafted with care. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following circumstance:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Size issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Minor colour variations due to natural dyeing processes
- Products that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
How to Raise a Return Request
If you have received a wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please share the following:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photograph of the item received
3. A photograph of the shipping label
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances, including COD orders.
Store Credit
Upon successful return verification, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item. Store credit is valid for 36 days from the date of issue and can be used for any purchase on adhiklabel.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or product, please use your store credit to place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please photograph the sealed package before opening and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
Please Note
Our products are made using 100% organic cotton and plant-based natural dyes. Minor variations in colour, shade, and texture from product photographs are inherent to the handcrafting process and are not considered defects or grounds for return.
